Jerry David Spitz has focused his legal practice on personal injury litigation.
Born in Somerville, New Jersey, Mr. Spitz earned his undergraduate degree
at the University of Delaware, graduating with honors . He attended
George Washington University National Law Center from 1983-86.
In his third year of law school he participated in the Law Students in Court civil
litigation clinic. Mr. Spitz is a member of the District of Columbia Bar, the Maryland
State Bar, the Virginia State Bar, the New York State Bar and the New Jersey State Bar.
He also is a member of the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, and the
Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, D.C., where he
currently serves as a member of the Board of Governors.
Mr. Spitz practices at the HermanGerel office in Washington, D.C.
