Sidney Schupak practices in the areas of nursing home litigation, medical malpractice, products liability and personal injury.
Born in New York City, Mr. Schupak attended City University of New York, Queens College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
After earning his Juris Doctor degree at American University’s Washington College of Law, cum laude, Mr. Schupak was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1991 and the District of Columbia Bar in 1993.
Mr. Schupak is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington D.C., and the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association.
He is also co-author of the following published articles: “Liability for HIV Transmission.” 28 TRIAL 24 (1992); “Causative Issues in Transfusion Associated AIDS Cases.” 29 TRIAL 60 (1993). Mr. Schupak has also co-authored chapters in the following publication: Robert K. Jenner, Sidney Schupak, Negligence: Blood Bank Liability in Transfusion-Associated AIDS, Chapter 6, pgs. 67-91 (Robert K. Jenner, ed., 1995).
