Jeremy Robinson specializes in complex law and motion matters, class actions, environmental litigation, and civil writs and
appeals.
Since joining the firm, Mr. Robinson has been involved in numerous landmark cases. These settlement with the tobacco industry in a case brought on behalf of the State of California (the settlement was in excess of 12 billion dollars), and a successful consumer action against General Motors, and a case of first impression concerning environmental contamination in Southern California caused by the emission of diesel exhaust.
Recently, Mr. Robinson has been involved in a fascinating Civil Rights case, brought by three
teenaged boys and their families after the boys were arrested for allegedly committing murder.
Ultimately, charges against the boys were dismissed when the victim's blood turned up on
another individual's clothing, evidence the police were in possession of since the inception of the
investigation. This case has gained national attention.
While attending the University of Kentucky College of Law (J.D. 1996), Mr. Robinson received
the CALI award of Excellence for his Constitutional Law Topics Seminar, and was one of four
people selected to represent the College of Law in the national ATLA mock trial competition.
Additionally, he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board.
Mr. Robinson practices at the HermanGerel office in San Diego, California.
