William F. Mulroney has focused his practice on litigation involving toxic torts, professional negligence, personal injury,
and medical malpractice.
Born in Rockville Centre, New York, Mr. Mulroney attended College of the Holy Cross, where
he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
After earning his Juris Doctor degree at Fordham University School of Law, Mr. Mulroney was
admitted to the New York and District of Columbia Bars in 1976, the Bar of the United States
Supreme Court in 1983 and the Maryland Bar in 1986.
He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the
United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, the United States District
Court for the District of Maryland and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
Mr. Mulroney is an active member of the Bar Associations of Baltimore City and Prince George’s
County, Maryland, and the Bar Association of the District of Columbia, the American Bar
Associations and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
He practices at the HermanMathis office in Baltimore, Maryland.
