Michael N. Miller has focused his practices on the areas of mass torts, products liability, and medical malpractice. Mr. Miller’s most recent projects have involved multi-district pharmaceutical litigation for two major prescription drug cases.
Born in Roanoke, Virginia, Mr. Miller attended Emory and Henry College, where he earned his B.A. with a degree in International Relations/United States Politics and Geography, as well as a minor in Philosophy and a concentration in Appalachian Studies.
Mr. Miller pursued his legal education at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1996. While at Cooley, Mr. Miller was a member of the Environmental Law Society, Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, acted as co-facilitator of the GLTSA, and founded the Southern Law Students Coalition. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2000.
Mr. Miller practices at the HermanMathis office in Atlanta, Georgia.
