H. Vincent McKnight, Jr. has, for over 20 years, successfully litigated cases on behalf of plaintiffs in personal injury, FELA, employment discrimination, and medical malpractice cases.
Born in Washington, D.C., Mr. McKnight graduated from Brown University, and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania.
A noted expert on consumer issues, Mr. McKnight has authored an article on Biomechanics of VDT Carpal Tunnel Cases that appeared in Trial Magazine, June 1991. He has also represented clients in a number of Qui Tam cases under the Federal False Claims Act. In fact, Mr. McKnight now serves as the co-chair of the Qui Tam Litigation Sub-group for ATLA (Association of Trial Lawyers of America).
Mr. McKnight currently sits on the Board of Governors of the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, D.C. He is an active member in the American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Washington Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, the Metropolitan Employment Lawyers Association, and the National Employment Lawyers Association. Mr. McKnight has also served as a delegate at the D.C. Judicial Conference.
He practices at the HermanGerel office in Washington, D.C.
