James A. Mannino has focused his practice on the area of workers compensation.
Born in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Mr. Mannino attended the University of North Carolina, where
he received an A.B. degree.
Mr. Mannino earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina, where he
was a member of the Board of Editors of the North Carolina Law Review.
Mr. Mannino was admitted to the District of Columbia Bar in 1968 and the bar of the United
States Supreme Court in 1977.
Mr. Mannino is a member of the Bar Association of the District of Columbia, the District of
Columbia Bar Association, the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, D.C and
the American Bar Association.
He practices at the HermanMathis office in Washington, D.C.
