Steven J. Lane, is a senior partner in Herman Mathis' brother firm Herman, Herman, Katz & Cotlar, L.L.P., and specializes in managed care litigation in both individual and class actions and is extensively involved in class action litigation involving insurance fraud, employment disputes, prescription drug litigation, and subrogation litigation.
Mr. Lane received his B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo,
and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law.
Having cultivated a practice in family and domestic litigation, Mr. Lane has also developed extensive experience in a broad range of fields including commercial cases, products liability cases, employment disputes, railroad cases, discrimination cases and other complex disputes.
