David M. LaCivita specializes in the practice areas of serious personal injury and workers compensation.
Born in Niagara Falls, New York, Mr. LaCivita attended Boston College, where he received his undergraduate A.B. degree, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa.
Upon earning his Juris Doctor degree at Cornell University, Mr. LaCivita was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1974, the District of Columbia Bar in 1976 and the Bar of the United States Supreme Court in 1978.
Mr. LaCivita is an active member of the District of Columbia and Maryland Bar Associations, the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, Trial Lawyers for Public Justice, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Mr. LaCivita has also served as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, Maryland, and the Maryland Health Claims Arbitration Office.
Mr. LaCivita practices at the HermanMathis office in Landover, Maryland.
