Susan M. Cremer had a distinguished medical career prior to entering the legal profession, so it was only natural that she would focus her legal practice in the fields of medical malpractice, military medical malpractice under the Federal Tort Claims Act, nursing home negligence, and drug product liability.
Born Dubuque, Iowa, Ms. Cremer attended Creighton University where she received a B.S. Degree in Nursing.
After practicing public health and epidemiology for six years, Ms. Cremer earned her law degree at the University of Minnesota Law School in 1983 and was admitted to the Minnesota bar in that same year.
Ms. Cremer is an active member of the Georgia State Bar Association, Georgia Trial Lawyers’ Association, and the Association of Trail Lawyers of America (Chairman of Federal Tort Section, 2001-2002; Professional Negligence Section; Birth Trauma Litigation Group; PPA Litigation Group; Nursing Home Litigation Group).
She practices at the Atlanta, Georgia, headquarters office of HermanMathis.
