Recognized for his superior skills in the areas of personal injury and workers compensation, David L. Bayne, Jr. was born in Washington, D.C., and graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1992.
Mr. Bayne attended the Whittier Law School in Los Angeles, California, where he was a contributing member of the Whittier Law Review staff.
After receiving his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School in 1995, Mr. Bayne was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1996 and the District of Columbia Bar in 1999.
In establishing his well-deserved reputation as an advocate for individuals, Mr. Bayne served as a Public Defender for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia from December, 1996 until March 1999, and spent the following two years in his own law practice prior to joining HermanMathis.
He practices at the HermanMathis office in Alexandria, Virginia.
