For example, Charles A. Mathis, Jr., P.C., has represented the State of Georgia on the Board of Governors of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, served as a faculty member of the National College of Trial Advocacy, President of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and a member of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Minority Caucus of ATLA. Mathis was also twice a recipient (1993 and 1996) of the Weidemann Wysocki Citation of Excellence. His partner Peter C.
